I believe Teddy Johnlikes and Mary Beth Benes are very knowledgeable about the local property market. They’re very responsive to clients and work hard to find the right property and house for them. They have excellent negotiation skills and are upfront with the details of what is happening. They give great feedback on showings and open houses. We were very happy with their service. They sold our house in one month’s time.

For one, they work extremely hard. They personally get your house ready. They brought urns for my front porch, towels for my bathroom, replaced and paid for the light outside my home, cleaning ladies, window/siding power washed and contacts for any handy man work you could need. On top of all this they brought buyers to our home. So, would I recommend Teddy and Mary Beth? I already have and will continue.
